Jessica is a new resident to the Lakeshore community, a new member of the Business Association, and has just taken on the Directorship at the Lincoln Township Public Library in September 2017. Hailing from Kalamazoo, she previously worked in property management, and as HR, office, and financial manager for a locally owned computer and IT solutions company alongside her 10 years of service in libraries.
Brenda Troxell

Brenda is a new Trustee for the Business Association. She has been the Baroda Township Treasurer since January 2016, and previously served as Deputy Treasurer. She has lived in Baroda for 36 years, on the family farm. She and her husband have two children and six grandchildren. She has a background in the banking industry, where she worked for over 25 years.
Griffin Ott
Griffin Ott Treasurer
Griffin Ott is the BABA Treasurer and has been a part of the Baroda Business Community for over 12 years as an agent at Ott Insurance Agency, Inc. Griffin’s Great Grandfather, Albert Greiffendorf, opened the insurance agency in 1946 and Griffin represents the 4th generation of family in the business. Griffin has served on the board of directors for the Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce. He also serves our community on the Baroda Fire Department, with previous service on the Lincoln Township Fire Department in Stevensville.
Sheila SnyderSecretary
Sheila is the owner of SS website design, development and SEO in Berrien Springs. She has been a BABA member since 2017 and resident of Southwest Michigan most of her life. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Networking and Telecommunication in May 2012 and a Masters of Professional Studies in May 2014 both at Fort Hays State University, Hays, KS. Sheila's mission is to provide her clients the best possible value for their web presence. She enjoys building the web with the knowledge base she has and continues to grow.
Rick Moore
Rick MooreTrustee
Rick has been a member of BABA for 4 years. He purchased CJ’s Quick Mart from its previous owners in early 2013. He has since purchased two more stores. One in Three Oaks, the other in Sodus. He also owns a very successful window cleaning business.
Rick has lived in Southwest Michigan his whole life. He currently resides with his wife in Stevensville. Rick has two grown children and one grandchild. When he is not spending time with his family, he is out enjoying his other main passion – golf.
John Muellen
John MuellenTrustee
John is a lifelong resident of the Baroda area and member of BABA since its inception. After a career in the local Tool & Die industry, first as a Tool & Die Maker and then as a Tooling Engineer, he began a series of career transitions. He started Land & Lodge Services in 2008 to serve the local communities home repair and light contracting needs. Then in 2012, he started planting wine grapes to form the basis of Mülln-Heim Vineyards, a combination of fine wine grapes and unique agricultural products. John has served on the board in different capacities for the past 4 years.
Nevin SchallerTrustee
Nevin is a new to the Board this year. He works at Lakeshore Die Cast and is a 4th generation Die Caster in his family line. His father, Fred Schaller, has owned and operated their family business for around 40 years. Nevin and his brother, Adam, have since taken the responsibility of the shop. Nevin started working with the family full time about 4 years ago, which then led to him and his wife, Elizabeth, moving to Baroda. Nevin has a degree is in Business Communication and Group Management from Calvin College which has been a great benefit while working in the business world.
Kelly Tomlinson

Kelly is a new Trustee for the Business Association. She is currently the Deputy Clerk for the Village of Baroda. She and her husband have resided in Baroda for over 20 years and have two children. Kelly also serves her community by being an active volunteer for Lakeshore Public Schools and Athletics, a board member of the Lakeshore Middle School PTO, and an active member of the Stevensville American Legion Auxiliary, serving local veterans. Kelly has been a proud resident of Southwest Michigan her entire life and relishes in the beauty of the area in which she lives and raises her family.
